Installation and Replacement.
If you have an incorrect terminal, it is likely your appliance will malfunction and cause excessive build-up of materials, soot and carbon monoxide potentially putting your home at risk unnecessarily. Using our experience we can tell you whether or not your terminal is correct and safe and what to replace it with.
Chimney Pots
You may find your chimney pot Cracked, Worn or Incorrectly fitted/size if this is the case you will need this to be changed. Another common area which may need attention is he cement bedding which may be cracked which will create leakage point for water.
Capping
If your chimney is unused or not in operation, we would recommend installing a cap to prevent rain and bird entry. Installing a cap would also prevent your much beloved heat escaping your room.
Cowls & bird guards
For a working chimney, if you have excessive rain ingress or a reoccurring problem with nesting birds, we can install bird guards or cowls to protect your chimney from unwanted water and/or living species entering your home.
